When I got my £2 statutory credit report from Experian a few weeks back, I had some concern.

Shop Direct had admitted previously they could NOT supply with a signed credit agreement for an account opened up in 1999.

I've noted however they have marked up a default as being "satisfied"

    Is this good or not!?

    Re: Shop Direct

If a debt is marked as satisfied it usually means it has been paid or sold on.

Have they sold the account on?

Not being able to supply a signed agreement, as you know, doesn't mean the debt is written off or closed.
