    Advice needed

I was signed off work for four weeks with worked related stress, I had months of hell at work with backstabbing and poor management. As the four weeks lapsed I had a call from my manager asking what's happening am I going back to etc I had advised I had been signed off a further four weeks and wasn't in a good place, he advised he had sent a letter to inviting me to a welfare meeting the following Monday I advised that I didn't feel ready as my anxiety and panic attacks were still happening and I needed more time. I advised I was going away for a few days to try and recuperate he then invited me in the following week for well being meeting. He asked for me to make sure sick note were sent in and some outstanding receipts which I agreed that I would make sure they were in in possession the Monday. He emailed me following the telephone call outlining our conversation and at the bottom stating police action if receipts were not sent in.
This sent me in a melt down panicking that I was in serious trouble.
However as I had promised and advised I sent documents in and went away for a few days.
On the Monday I had a phone call from from my drs saying my manager had been in contact re my sick notes and was asking info. My drs refused and called me to state if I was happy for infonto be passed on to go in to the surgery to sign a disclaimer. I refused and emailed my manager asking what the problem was with my notes and being fully aware of my current health calls of this manner off my drs was not helping me recover.
He replied stating there was a problems with the dates I sent him photos of the notes stating they were correct and I could see this.
Due to me feeling so unwell and stressed I returned home as I couldn't relax.
I had a letter on my return stating this welfare meeting. I just didn't feel upto meeting them and sent an email advising so and asked if he could call me instead. I then had a letter a few days after offering a meeting in a mutual location. Again as the days passed the thought of meeting him made me anxious and have several panic attacks so I delclined saying I really didn't feel upto it.
After much thought I made the heartbreaking decision to email a letter of my resignation and apologised for letting them down and wished him well as a new manager sent the Tuesday on the Saturday I received a letter to confirm and paragraph about ongoing investigation I didn't think nothing of it and thought it was an issue I raised just before I was signed off he asked me again to go in on the Monday for a meeting and to let him know by the Friday but as the letter came the Saturday there was no way to let them know that I wouldn't be there.
Tuesday I came home from dropping my son off at nursery to a card off the police it's a state of shock and physically sick I called to advise the manger had called them re some missing money I advised I had posted the receipts . He advised it was some money they can not account for £35.
Yeah went and got my work bag from the boot of the car whilst the officer was on the phone to check and as opened my zipper I picked up the envelope still sealed with the contents of £35. The police offer said it's ok not to worry and he would attend my property the following day to collect.
Obviously I was a bag of nerves and hysterical as I had totally forgot about this money. The following day the officer arrived I explained the above and this was not my intention I forgot in the mix of things and how I had been in recent weeks with stress and anxiety he assured me this was an honest mistake and he could see this and my company had basically wasted police time when a simple call would have resolved this matter, he went away to return the money and within an hour I had an email from work saying they couldn't accept my notice it needed to be in writing. I emailed back as advised I would. I have now revived a letter this morning accepting my notice.

I feel like I'm being harassed and my manager has not taken my sick related leave appropriately and caused me so much more stress and anxiety. What would you guys suggest as I feel like raising a grievance

Re: Harassment whilst on stress related sick leave

You have made the tough decision to resign which has now been accepted by the company so you are effectively on your notice period. I think you need to work out what you want to achieve by raising a grievance?

I appreciate that you feel harassed and the company has not dealt with your sick related leave appropriately, however if you raise a grievance following your resignation I am not sure how objectively they will deal with it based on how they have handled your sickness absence, plus if they do engage in the process correctly you will have to attend a grievance meeting. Do you want to put yourself through this whilst you are suffering stress and anxiety?

I have now not been paid my last wage and holiday, I have raised a grievance with area director who wasn't aware of the above.
