So give some more detail so that you can get help. Using a crystal ball to guess what is happening is not conducive to providing a good appeal.

Perhaps post a copy of the PCN with identifying details removed and then some pictures of the signs. A copy of the paid for ticket perhaps.

I havent kept the paid ticket
all the parking charge administrator has stated on notice is as i have already stated.
have a picture of my car entering and leaving the carpark but on the photos there are no times they have put the times seperatly to photos.
There is no copy of the contract for the carpark.
only info i have is if i pay in 14 days it will cost £60 instead of £100.

There are certain regulations regarding what has to be put on a PCN.
If you post up a copy we will be able to see if it is compliant with the law

So have a read of this thread. Basically the marina is subject to byelaws and therefore no relevant land under POFA and as such the keeper can not be held liable for the charge, only the driver. It is now imperative that your first post is edited so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred. Refer to " The driver did this....", or " The driver did that......".

Have a look at paragraph 9 of POFA
to see what is not correct in that notice. For a start there is no period of parking, only the time that you passed the cameras. The car was moving and therefore definitely not moving. The statement of "within 29 days" is also incorrect and there is no identification of the creditor.

Do a search for pepipoo and torquay marina for other threads on this matter.
