The agreement was later assigned to the claimant on 28/06/2015 and notice given to the defendant

Despite repeated requests, the sum of 265 remains due and outstanding

    And the claimant claims

    a) The said sum of 330

    Have sent: Acknowledged the Claim

    Other Info:
I don't ever recall having an account with o2 or receiving any correspondence from Lowell. I have acknowledged the claim and sent a cpr18 to Lowell. I also contacted o2 via web chat and was advised the account reference was not recognised to any mobile phone and therefor they assured me I have and never have had a contract with o2. I have also looked onto my credit file and can see no default or missed payments for this alleged account.
