  • Ex partner threatens to come into my place of work

    Hi all
please can anyone advise how I would stop my ex partner showing up at my place of work.
She has put 2+2 together and come up with 7!. I don't want her turning up at my work and has no reason too there is genuinely no reason but to cause trouble, she is mentally irrational and as a manager do not want this to happen
    thanks

Has she indicated that she intends on visiting you at work ? that she intends on causing trouble etc ?

Getting an injunction is a possibility but quite an extreme move and could amplify any issues.

Presumably this is related to this http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...324#post749324

Is the 2+2=7 to do with your MD guarantoring the flat?

You could contact the Police and ask them to warn her under The Protection From Harassment Act 1997 that she is not to make contact with you.

Your company could write to her and inform her that she is not to attend their premises and that if she does they will deem it trespass, as such the police will be called.

However, in your other thread you talked of wanting to see the children, so either could anger her and mean she withholds that from you.

Re: Ex partner threatens to come into my place of work

        Hi , thank you
Yes she has indicated that she intends to come into my place of work as she has seen numbers from my colleagues not one but two. She is now accusing me of having affairs and these are home wreckers etc. Nothing has happened with these colleagues they were simply friends asking me if I was ok. Nothing has happened romantically or otherwise , however it's been deemed otherwise , yes the children I have text but it is strained at the moment , she has advise prior this I can see them etc , but now is visciously sending messages via text which I will keep.
No matter what happens from here it will be strained as I left her in very poor mental health and I am not proud of leaving, but I could not carry on for my own health also
        thank you
