• can i VT before I've paid 50%

Hi folks,

Just a newbie and i'm looking for some help with regards to VT 8 months into my contract with Mercedes Benz Finance.

The down is, that my other half has had her hours cut at work as they can't justify her workload, therefore a massive drop in wages, which in turn was allowing the affordability of our car, with the payments now no longer affordable, where do i stand with VT on agreement.

My payments were £304 pm
car price was £20000
Deposit was £3000

Thanks for any help in advance

I'm sure you can ... but you'd be liable for payments up to the 50% mark. I'll tag R0b for confirmation tho' xx

Hello,

As Kati has said, yes you can. As for your options I would suggest you read post #7 of the thread below.
