  • Selling a leasehold/management issues/bellway homes

    Please help.
My husband purchased a new build from bellway homes in 2014. It is a leasehold flat, we have sold this property and the sale is going through at present but is being significantly delayed as we have discovered there is no management company for the block of flats.
This has been going on for weeks of bellway palming us off and now our buyer is considering walking off as he won't wait forever.
apparently we cannot sell until there is a management company, we have already vacated the property due to relocation of jobs, this is causing serious stress and going to cause serious financial strain as we are paying for a rental and council tax on two properties plus we are paying the mortgage still on the flat. We are expecting twins and cannot buy a new property until this one has completed.
Our solicitor and estate agent are getting nowhere and we don't know what to do.
