  • N244 : Question 4 help?

I need help, the N244 form question 4.
Have you attached a draft of the order you are applying for?

I agreed in telephone mediation with the defendant that he pay an amount of money for a fault with a second hand car. He agreed to send me a cheque by 1st September. They havnt done this.
I now want the court to restore for a full hearing for the full amount claimed. i am just unsure what to put in the "Draft of the order "

    Any help gratefully received

Inclusion of a draft order is when you draw up the order you want the court to use. It's better to let them draw up the order, especially as you're not legally trained. Tick No.

    What are you applying for?
