  • Distance learning cancellation after cooling-off period

    Hello
I will be grateful for any advice.
I have enrolled on online learning course last year.
It s a diploma in interior design.
I have to point out that I have been sent all times and conditions inc cooling off period

I have completed a small proportion of the calls however after a few assignments I ve decided that the course is not for me. Also I have looked into work prospects of this particular qualification and I found that there was very little available which such basic qualification even though i was assured by the provider that this wouldn't be the case.

i had contacted them asking for alternative short course which would be of similar value so that they don't lose out on my direct debits but they refused. I would like however to withdraw from the course
help! What are my right? It was purchased on line too

    thank you

A link to their T&C's or posting copies would be useful if you have it?
