  • How can I find out who is the registered owner of a property ?

As the title states, how can I find out who is the registered owner of a property please? I know I can find out by paying the Land Registry a fee, but wondered if there is a way that I can do it free of charge please?

    Many thanks in advance xx

The fee is £3 and I doubt there is any other way of being certain the info you have been given is genuine.
