Good evening and welcome to bedlam

    You have started well
Acknowledged claim with intention to defend all

Sent a CCA request with the fee to Lowell

Sent a cpr 31.14.request to the solicitors , i presume you halve asked for the notice of assignment the default notice and the agreement . I would also add into the assignment section the deed of assignment.

At the same time send a SAR to Vanquish with the £10 fee to see what they have

I think the final thing for now would be a CPR18 request asking the following questions

On what date was the DN served
By what methd was the DN served
What was the remedy amount of the DN
What was the date for remedy of the DN

They may then scuttle around and try to recon something that you SAR shows to be utter tripe.

If they stump up with everything, and there are more issues I think than the ones I listed you could always at mediation settle without a CCJ

Lowell closed my account , I think because they had no DN - or one that would stand up in court
