HMRC and ADVANTIS

We have a recent legal and binding agreement with HMRC regarding repayment of tax credits overpayment.

Regardless of this and payments made correctly by Direct Debit HMRC sent our case 'in error' to Advantis.

How many other cases have HMRC sent to Advantis 'in error'?
