Don't bloody preach.
No one was speeding.
No one is interested in your boring essays about what a terrible driver someone is for doing 35 on a bloody dual carriageway.
Bore off you utter bore.
I bet all you yawnfest preachers drive at 35 all the time.
I'm not reading your crap.
Go polish your damn halo

I suggest you read a highways code. You have been given advice if you chose to ignore it that is your affair.

maybe you would benefit from reading your own words THE DRIVER WAS DOING 35 IN A 30MPH LIMIT THEREBY EXCEEDING THE SPEED LIMIT, THEREFORE IN THE EYES OF THE LAW THE DRIVER WAS SPEEDING.

I fail to understand how you cannot understand that simple fact.. exceed the speed limit = speeding REGARDLESS of how fast the person was going.

I wish you luck in persuading a the police, or a judge otherwise.

Either this person is trolling or they are really that naive. Perhaps the thread should be closed as I think enough advice has been given, Amethyst?
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you

She can name the driver, and it is for him to defend his actions.

For the driver intending to defend a speeding prosecution he should start examining the time frame in which the NiP was sent to registered keeper (within 14 days of offence).
Then he can check the signage around the area to make sure it complies exactly with the regulations,
He could request photographic proof, to see if that throws up any anomalies.

Complaining about the number of changes of speed limit will get him nowhere.
