  • Voluntary Termination

    Hi

wonder if someone could help please. I am terminating my lease agreement on my car as I am moving abroad permanently and cannot take car with me. I have been given my final payment and have to send my VT Form along with V5C. I have to tear off Section 9 and return it to DVLA. Question is: on declaration it has to have my name and motor trader/insurer or dismantler sign also. The car is not being sold. It will be collected by the auction people. Can I just send the form to DVLA with my signature on it, and if not, who has to sign the form.

Thanks in anticipation of your reply.
