  • court action against DWP

In August 2015 I got a injury I was working at time and was self employed, I did the usual waiting days, then made claim for E.S.A.
7/8 weeks later I got there decision by a phone call which refused me E.S.A. she told me on the phone I could claim J.S.A and have it back dated it to august and get the waiting day also. I tried this which was a blatant lie which I didn't think they could legally do.
They had refused my claim on ground that I had seen one of there DWP doctors previous June 2015. Which was strange considering I was working and I can prove this with bank statements and also the company I was working for at the time I can prove I was at least 200 mile away working also they will not be able to produce any doctors sicknote for this period.
I also appealed against decision against E.S.A. which I lost, I wrote appealing against decision and why, I had not heard from them by christmas so I called them, they claimed they had no knowledge of my appeal and was too late to appeal because 28 day had past.
The D.W.P. have committed fraud against me illegally lying to prevent me receiving benefit to force me into debt and hardship.

Taking legal action against the government is difficult and expensive. Have you sent a SAR to the DWP. They do not charge.

      SAR?
I been to CAB they told me that they cant advise on legal matters, they gave me address and number of law centre I called them also emailed them they ignored my email and they said I'm not in there catchment area on phone.
D.W.P. have lied to fraud me out of benefit I'm entitled to, if rolls were reversed I'd be looking at prison sentence, so really dont trust them. I've been tryin to get justice for past 2 years but cant get advise or help
Resently they have put me in debt with my rent also refusing to pay my first months rent because a D.W.P employee decided not to tick box for rent on universal credit form I made on phone because website was down.
So it seems I have no rights what so ever, except to be lied and cheat by our government

SAR = Subjest Access Request (http://legalbeagles.info/library/gui...ccess-request/) ... you use it to ask for all information they hold on you
Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

If you can prove what your saying try getting your local MP involved. It might help if they are not Tory but all MPs need their votes.
