  • Filing a claim in the Queens Bench Division of the High Court, pls help

    Hi,

hope your day is going well?

I have just issued a claim at the Queens Bench Division of the High Court in London with these heads of claim:

Personal Injury, Racial Discrimination, Victimisation, Breach of Human Rights, Breach of Data Protection, Forgery, Misfeasance in Public Office

They checked my claim form and particulars thoroughly before issuing the claim on 21/7/17 as I was there in person but suddenly I got an order saying my claim will be transferred to the county court in central London as the Q.B.D don't deal with racial discrimination.

I suspect foul play as the claim is against the MOJ due to massive infiltration of my claim in my local court. I found out the judges have extensive history / personal relationships with the defendants.

I also filed a request for judgment form on 8/8/17 as the deadline for the defendant was 7th to file an acknowledgment of service . I called on 7,8 and 9th and was told nothing was filed by MOJ only to suddenly get told 2 days ago that they filed on 8th which is in fact a lie.

is the court's action correct for moving my case to the county court as I believe it's intended to contain my case in the lower court for infiltration.

It's my reasonable submission that the QBD have subject matter jurisdiction for my claim but I stand to be corrected. I want to get the right answer before I file an application challenging their decision.

    Thanks for your help.
