Don't know, but not that important.

It would appear that all the roads you've mentioned are highways, so not 'relevant land' for private parking purposes.

If it were me I'd send a letter (Don't worry about stating CPR 31 or CPR 18) asking for all the supporting evidence including photos of the alleged incident to be sent forthwith to enable assessment of the legal position ahead of filing the defence, (and offer to pay any reasonable copying costs).
& failure to do so at this early stage will result in an application to amend the defence, if necessary, at a later stage, the Claimant to bear the cost of said amendment.

please forgive me, but I am not good with legal talk at all, please can you draft a short letter for me with all the main bits and I will fill in the rest of the information?

I just do not know how to put it together, how to start it etc..

                    thank you

Their Particulars of Claim letter was dated 31st July.

You might be fast approaching the defence deadline.

It's 28 days from service ( when you received the claim ) - best thing is to calculate 33 days from the date of issue printed on the claim form ( they allow 5 days for the claim to reach you). Check it on here Check your dates
