i have just contacted the court. they have given me an email address and advised to forward the reasons for my defence, regardless of whether or not I have any evidence at this point? they advised this will allow me to buy more time to be able to prepare my actual defence along with all the evidence and that once I have prepared my actual defence this needs to be sent to both the claimant and the court?
so at this point I just need your help to get something together, stating the reasons as to why I want to defend my case, I can send this via email to them by end of today..
Please help in drafting a letter, I can fill in all the details and then send it to them...
