In 2010 a ccj with restriction order on joint owned property was obtained against me for a credit card debt. I was ordered to pay £5 pm and all else was stayed on the ccj except charging order which was a restriction I never missed the £5 pymt and the house was sold early this year 2017 and equity was split. The creditor has since chased threat bankruptcy as at time was £7 k I have brought debt under the 5k so they can't make me bankrupt and made offers to pay off the remaining debt at a monthly pymt which they have ignored. I have wrote to my creditors this week advise them as they won't work with me I will go back to paying the £5 pm and inc a copy of the court judgement advising all else is stayed and that I pay £5 pm they have now sent my letter back to me as I had not signed by hand but typed my signature saying they need my signature so they know they are dealing with the right person although all my correspondence to them has been acknowledged . What can my creditor do now or are they stump cause the house has gone and I live in a council place so have no more security
