    Particulars of Claim:
    The Claimant (C) claims the whole of the balance due & payable under an agreement referenced XXXXXXXXXXXXXX opened effective from 25/11/1994.
    The agreement is reugulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, was signed by the defendent (D) & from which credit was extended to D. D has not made payment as required & by 08/07/2013 a default was recorded. On 26/11/2012 D owed the sum of 664082 to Barclaycard plc who, by an agreement in writing assigned the benefit of the debt to Link Financial Outsourcing Limited ('Link') effective 26/11/2012. By an agreement in writing, Link assigned the benefit of the debt to C effective 28/02/2013. Each assignment was made regular upon a Notice of Assignment being served upon D shortly after. And C claims- 1. 656082, 2. Interest pursuant to s69 County Court Act 1984 at a rate of 8% per annum from 22/01/2015 to 02/08/2017 of 126237, and at a daily rate of 137 until judgement or sooner payment. DATED 02/08/2017

    Just posted acknowledgement to court. I have asked for a copy of the original agreement & have received re-constituted copies non of which have a signature on previous occasions. All getting very messy and I need a final solution!
