Re: How concerned should I be?

It may make sense to ask @Kati to merge your threads so help can be given based on the history of your account/debt.

That would perhaps be good, I struggle with this forum to find all my posts so invariably end up starting a new one.

Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

It doesn't matter where your journey begins, so long as you begin it...

So now that our Kati has obliged in merging threads, for we have advise on how to move this forward?
I was thinking of writing to DF saying that AGGL haven't complied with my sec77-79 request is that worthwhile?

Re: Sec78 request to. Whom?

I'm not ignoring you and hopefully Diana M can explain better than I can the pros and cons.

I do not know the M.O. OD Dryden and if they will issue a claim regardless.
If you tell them there is no response to a cca request either they will poke AG to get a move on and issue regardless or they may wait.

If you don't tell them they may just issue anyway.

Is this anywhere near being Statute barred? Obviously SB is the best defence but by the sounds of it a good solicitor can argue about the licensing issue.

Sorry if that's as much use as a chocolate teapot

Sadly not close to SB so not an option.

Anybody? Please don't dessert me in my hour of need, I've not got this far before and am now getting a little nervous.
One part of me says they still haven't complied with the cca request however another part of me is concerned I may have missed something.

It's a substantial amount so needs some focus on your part. I always feel creditors are less likely to roll over on higher amounts simply because it becomes more financially viable. Don't want to worry you just managing expectations.

By the way creditors often sail very close to the wind on what the can and cannot get away with.
