County court claim lowell mispelled name

Hi, Hoping someone can help.
I have received a county court business centre claim form regarding to a debt sold by Jd Williams to Lowell for £265 plus costs, it appears to be a 3-4 year old debt that I don't recall. They have misspelled both my first and last name, I am unsure what to do next, can they even issue a CCJ in the wrong name?
