  • Hi and help!

Hi all first post and new to the site. I've received a county court document that says I've ignored a prior letter but I haven't received a prior letter. It says they will remove goods. I can't afford to repay the full amount and not even sure what it's for. It's got CAPQUEST on It? What do I do? Have tried to answer online but it's asking for a password but there isn't one.
I'm having a slight anxiety attack....what can I do. I can't have people coming to my parents house.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi
It is not exactly clear what the document is

Can you scan it and remove any personal details or if need be take a pic and email it to kati@legalbeagles.info and ask her to redact it. Let her know which thread it is from.

It looks like a summons from a county court business centre. I hope i can resolve this without people coming to my parents house

            Re: Hi and help!

is it a blue N1 form from Northampton county court?

can you copy then redact it (remove name address an numbers) if not type out contents of the said letter/form?

we need as Warwick states to know the letter about homne visit it does not happen during court cases< confusing.

                      Hi yes

It is a judgment in default which means you did not defend the claim.

Now that might be that it was sent to a previous address or it might be that you ignored it hoping it would go away

You need to find out what the claim was for and realistically if you have a chance of defending it

How do I do this. I can't afford to pay all of that but if it is that I owe and must pay could I pay by instalments?

if you had not the origninal claim forms then a set aside in order, do not panick sure the others will advise also, no rushing into admissions without due need.
