Hello,
My brother in law got a parking ticket (attached to his windscreen) while he was parked in Milton Keynes Hospital.
He had an emergency with his 5 year old kid and there was no parking spaces, so he left the car in a "bay" and went to see the doctors.
He got a ticket from UKPC. Is there a good way to challenge this?
The ticket says he was parked on private land, it's not issued by council or police.
