Photo taken without concent

There is a PPE violators board in work ( personal protection equipment ), only newly put up. And has now been updated with photos of people, taken with HD cctv cameras without anyone's concent. Is this allow in a work place? I feel this is invasion of privacy and bullying in the workplace, name and shaming

This is in Northern Ireland btw, incase the law is different in other areas
