hi i have received a removal 24 hours notification for £422.00. says i need to contact a Mr J Conwell.
the original order was taken to court and i responded and then did not hear anything back, the offence was that i had parked on a dropped foot way, I had not, but the parking enforcement officer had taken the photograph from an angle which did not show the footpath. There is no enforcement for the road on which i was parked. the letter had also been delivered to my wife's address of whom i have been separated from for 8 months.
please help any advice welcome,
