  • Caution on property

    I have inhertited a property with a cation that is 28 years old. There is equity in the property but have handed the keys back to the lender to sell the property and pay off the rest of the mortgage which is easily covered by the equity. What happens to the caution and the remaining money?

    I know you posted a while ago to no avail however did you manage to resolve the issue? I am in a similar situation and want a caution removed from over 30 years ago as it was resolved
