  • Advice on my case Lowell Portfolio Vs S Lonie

    Hi,

Since I last posted, the case went to mediation (which couldnt be completed as Lowell hadnt provided me with paperwork), who then referred the case to my local county court, and i now have notice of allocation to the small claims track (hearing) dated 5th November 2016.

It states on the form that Lowell had to pay a hearing fee of £80.00 by the 21 November 2016. I havent heard anything further.,

The hearing date is set for 1st February 2017. With each party delivering copies of all documents 14 days before the hearing.

I am concerned. I have no paperwork from Lowell still! so how am i to deliver documents? or what documents?

There are no witnessess in the case, but I have no idea how to even begin defending this.

Help please, I dont want to leave it till the last minute, before dealing with this.

    Thanks in advance.
