[B]Hi Looking for some help please.

I have received a CCJ Claim form, I have acknowledged the claim online, I have got a copy of the CCA letter to send on Monday to send to HPH.

Who should the CPR be sent to and where do i find the details for the solicitor is this Howard Cohen and Co? Also what do i need to ask for?

    Issue Date: 21/09/2016
    Amount approx: 5.8k
    Claimant: Hoist Portfolio Holding
    ]Solicitor: Howard Cohen
    Original Creditor: Barclaycard
]Particulars of Claim: Please type out in full excluding names/account numbers. The claim is for the sum of £3904 in respect of monies owing under agreement with the account no. XXX

The debt was legally assigned to MKDP LLP to the claimant and notice has been served. The defendant has failed to make contractual payments under the terms of the agreement. A default notice has been served upon the defendants pursuant to S.87

    The claimant claims
    1. Sum of 3.9k
2.Interest pursuant to S69 of the county court act 1984 at reate if 8 %from the 28/2/12 to the date hear of 1662 is the sum of £1442
3.future interest occurring at a daily rate of £0.86

    4. Costs

Is the debt Statute Barred? No, Agreement was from 4/03/2008 and default was registered 4/02/2012. However do not think this was from Barclaycard directly, Think it was issued by Mercers originally. Also never made payments before March 2012 but last payment was March 2013.

Any help would greatly be appreciated or should I try to settle?
