  • Creditor Not Replying To Correspondence

I have been in wirrten correspondence to a firm called TDX Group Limited.

They had purchased a debt from Shop Direct Finance Limited some time ago what was a Littlewoods catalogue debt.

The debt is outstanding by £280, and the account was opened in 1999.

I have asked on 3 separate occasion for a copy of the credit agreement and a copy of the deed of assignment.

To date TDX Group have ignored all my requests and have placed defaults on my credit file.

The original creditor, Shop Direct, have also put defaults on my credit file even though they sold the account on.

What can I do please, maybe should I contact the original creditor as I cannot get anywhere where the purchaser of the debt, and how do I stop the defaults s they cannot provide anything the debt exists!?
