  • solicitors letters from lowell

Hi,Sorry to start a new thread, but my original one seems to have hit a dead end! I have responded to my court claim by putting in my intention to defend,And my defence is due to be put in around the 10th of feb. Received a letter from lowells solicitors last week,Stating that they will ask their client to send my requested documents to me. I also got another letter from them this morning ,saying I have failed to respond with either a proposal topay them,or a reason why I dispute the debt? Still no sign of any agreement or default proof papers! I opened the shop direct account in 1998 or 1999,And I don't ever remember signing any agreement with them. Thanks,Vale.
