  • Restricted covenant help

Please can people give me some advice. I have bought a property and have only just found out that it has a restrictive covenant in place dating back to 1933. There are however no documents available to this covenant. I have managed to research the person who made it but have found out they died in 1952. Does this mean it is obselete now and not enforceable. There appears to be no successors.
    Thanks
