  • Claimant BPS has refused to pay defendant within 14 days

Copycat website British Passport Services (BPS) took me to court for not succumbing to their demands of paying for a service I did not want, need or ask for. They didn't show up. After a nerve wracking two hours, feeling like a stupid little school girl, the claimants claim was dismissed and they were ordered to pay me £233 in 14 days. This has not happened. I have called the courts and they have told me that the next step is to get the bailiffs involved via enforcement proceedings. I have no idea what to do and to even bother as I am nearly 6 months pregnant and could do without the stress! Thought this would all be over, but this is still rumbling on 9 months later!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
