  • Counterfeit goods

Hi, I have just registered to this forum to take advice about what can I do. I have bought not a long time ago a pair of fake (didn't know that until I got the parcel) ****** shoes online. The shop was supposed to be "UK based" as the website's ending in .co.uk
Anyway the parcel have been sent from the hotel room in Shanghai, China, after that I have contacted the retailer multiple times on email regarding the return & money refund. But couldn't solve the problem, all they have told me was that I shouldn't send the parcel back to them since they would have to pay the customs, and I could either keep the shoes or destroy them... nothing about getting a refund. I have read on the Internet about the chargeback. Would it be possible for my bank to return me the full amount? I am not sure what else could I do.
    Thanks for any advice

    Hi welcome to LB,
If you believe you have been subject to fraud and have paid by a Visa debit or credit card yes you should ask for a charge back asap.
