Today, I checked my emails and was rather surprised to find an email from BW Legal telling me that I had a CCJ placed against me on 1/12/14 on behalf of Lowell for £50 per month and now owed £350. I found this very confusing as I wasn't aware I had a CCJ and I check my credit reports thoroughly. This CCJ didn't appear on any of my credit reports when I was checking them regularly, and yet I checked on Noddle today and it appears to be there. (It wasn't there when I looked two weeks ago)

However, the address listed with the CCJ is my previous address, and I know that Lowell have my current address as I'm currently paying them monthly for another debt and have been doing so since November, so I'm unclear as to how this CCJ was delivered to my old address.

What can I do? I don't get paid enough to pay them the £350 they're wanting, or even the £50 per month I was apparently meant to be paying.
