  • Restons have not send the documents requested in my CPR request

I submitted a CPR 31.14 request on 8th December 2014 to Restons Solicitors. They only responded on the 19/12/2014 with a letter saying I didn't need the documents requested as the particulars of claim gave me all the info I needed. I then submitted my defence on 30/12/2014 stating that they had not supplied the requested documents and that the case should be struck out. On 17/04/2015 Restons sent a barely legible copy of the CCA. Then on 01/052015 they sent the barely legible copy of the CCA again plus a copy of the default notice, a copy of a statement from Jan 2010, and a list of transactions on the account. However they have still not provided the assignment stating I should check my own records for this. They have given me 14 days to respond which I assume is 14 days + 2 for post. This means i should be responding by 16th May (Saturday)

Firstly, if the CCA is only partly legible, is it acceptable?

Secondly, if they haven't supplied a copy of the assignment can they do anything?

Thirdly, can it be struck out as they have gone way over the timescales set out in the CPR request

    Any help would be appreciated
