    Particulars of Claim:
    By an agreement between CITYFINANCIAL (CITY) & the defendant on or around 30/05/2003 ('the agreement') CITY agreed to issue the Defendant with a credit card upon the terms & conditions set out therein. In breach of the Agreement the Defendant failed to make the payments due & the agreement was terminated. The Agreement was assigned to the Claimant. THE CLAIMANT THEREFORE CLAIMS XXXX approx 6000

    I have no documentation for this account. I have previously acknowledged it on a debt management plan approx 2010-2012. I stopped paying and have requested proof of claim since 2012.

    Hi to update on state of play re this claim.
    Have received no response to cpr 31.14 request, sent 16/03/2015 except we are taking clients instructions and will get back to you as soon as we can.
    Ignored offer to extend deadline by 28 days and submitted embarrassed defence on 31/03/2015.
    Letter from court indicating Claimant has 28 days to advise court if they wish to proceed otherwise claim will be stayed. As of today 28+8 days so have emailed court for update on status of claim, waiting for reply.
    Would like advice on next step am considering n244 application to strike out or summary judgement
