The driver had displayed a 3 hour parking ticket also displayed bluebadge. Had gone over by 50 min or less. Manager at the banqueting hall said was free parking and shouldn't have paid. Also had sent appeal to PCN and sent bluebadge copy and said paid displayed ticket. They sent letter saying appeal to popla which I did and also sent another letter to them requesting to send picture of front of car where the bluebadge and ticket was displayed only sent rear picture and said we never displayed and yet not sent picture of front of the car. I appealed again saying that I had sent appeal to popla and never heard from them so assumed they waived the fine
last week sent letter saying will send me to county court if don't pay again I sent letter and explained had sent letter to popla but they never replied. They wrote saying never appealed and gave to pay £100 or will take me to court. Please help Iv just had a baby and getting real stressed.

Need one point out that the parasites are not permitted to seize a baby in settlement of an alleged debt?
