Re: You couldn't make it up

Following our meeting with the MOJ earlier this year, they confirmed to us that they do not vet people at all applying for a CMC authorisation, if you can pay the fee, you can start trading and then a percentage of the turnover goes to the MOJ. So the MOJ are in a win win situation, hence complaints take ages or forever to resolve whilst the MOJ are collecting in their rewards. Being authorised by the MOJ is not as stringent as the OFT licence. So folks we now have a new Welsh mafia to look out for the poor unsuspecting folk in the UK who will no doubt be subjected to parting or signing away their money.

Maybe I could get a job there and become an insider whistleblower. This sort of crass stupidity really does leave one speechless doesn't it. Do the MOJ take our complaints about this sort of thing seriously?

Cash reclaim firm We Fight Any Claim slammed by dissatisfied customers

FURIOUS customers have lashed out at a cash reclaim company they say has charged them thousands in up-front fees – but not come up with their repayments.

The system seems to be inherently corrupt.

One would hardly claim that the checks by the Office of Faffing and Twaddling are "stringent".

Has Pressdram been told about this?

            Of course not !

Just as with the various instances of bailiffs misbehaving and councils engaging in corrupt contracts with bailiff companies, the ministers and swivel "servants" say they'll "look into it", but they'll actually do bugger all. They are so utterly complacent and systematically indolent that they'd only do anything if/when they are forced into acting and, even then, they will only do the absolute minimum to ensure a quiet life.

I was going to, but I confess to being a tad worried about their possible 'reply' - I'm a sensitive soul by nature!

I doubt that Ms E Strobes would respond as she did to Goodman Derrick in the matter of Mr James Arkell.
