Advice On Restoring Credit File

Afternoon,

I am currently in the position were i have a poor credit history (Young and Daft) - missed payments etc.

I am looking to work towards improving my credit rating and get myself back on track, I am earning more now and have less out goings so it is easier to make repayments and stay a float.

- What is the best way to improve my credit rating.
- How long does this usually take.

Any advice or guidence would be greatly appreciated.
