i owe equita £356.76 i have paid £100 every monday for 3 weeks when i paid 100 on monday the baliff wanted it in full i said i would 100 on monday which i did and last bit next monday he then turned round and said unless i pay the £56.76 by thurs today they will add charges of £300 that will take be back to over £300 again can they add that much xx thank you for your help xx

What's the debt for? Have you had a breakdown of any charges?

its for council tax and have no breakdown of charges

Has he been in your home? Has he made a levy on any goods? If so do you have a Notice of Seizure? And if he has made a levy can you list the goods seized exactly as described?
