  • claim money back from a transaction

Hi I have been dealing with a website recently and have been buying allot of stock from them for a new shop I have opened.

Now to start with I was paying by paypal but I have had to make a few claims against them because goods were faulty or just never turned up I never learnt my lesson and carried on buying from them.

Just recently I made another purchase but for some reason I decided to pay just on my card not with paypal and this was over a week ago now I have had no update on my order and no response via email please could someone advise what my next steps are?

    this is the company here

Has the payment been taken from your card ?

What is the usual delivery time ? Do you usually receive email confirmation of the order when you place it and did you this time ?

Bear in mind they will probably be extremely busy this time of year. Phone number seems to be 02476170227.

yeah the money has come out of the bank I made the order on the 10th I know maybe im being impatient but I have had allot of trouble with them in the past and just think they will ignore my order completely.

They probably will be busy but my order has had a status of being processed and packed and ready to post for 3 days now.

I have tried ringing that number on many occasions no one ever answers the phone, im just worried they will just keep my money and not send anything out.

well i have just got of the phone with my bank to see if they could help me but they said there is nothing i can do so i suppose i have to write this company a letter.
