  • Detective and Widows rights

hello, thanks and i wish that joining beagles would enable me to find out legal rights i have to resolve. I would like to give a small overview of the situation. I came over to England after my husband died abroad, to the latest thing his bank told me i do not have any legal rights to investigate his financial matters? Well sad to say but i am not satisfied of the answer. What can you tell me regarding this? Thank you

    in search,

If you are the either executor of his estate OR if no will was left his next of kin, you have every right to do so once the bank have accepted that fact. Otherwise, you are unable to do so.
