Bank Scam

Hi,

I have employed the services of a freelance bookkeeper who has access to my bank account and was recommended by my accountants.

We have been the product of an online fraud and as such have lost £15K from my bank account. The bank (Natwest) will not refund as it was found that it was gross negligence by my bookkeeper. I have since found out that she has no insurance to cover this. What can I do and can I legally go to her for compensation and the lost funds?
