  • Help Needed - Social Services - False Statement

    Hello Beagles,

Im new here but need some advice. Today i received a copy of a child protection plan regarding my children due to an incident that took place a few months ago.

In the report social services have said this exact wording and need some advice.

"He has committed 15 offences of Domestic Abuse / Violence in recent years most of those towards **** (i wont include her name for reasons obvious) and similar behaviours were noted towards his ex-partner and brother"

Now for the truth of it... I committed an assault 2 months ago however i haven't assaulted or abused my ex-partner or my brother.

I mean 15 times you would have through the courts would have locked me up by now but no because that stuff didn't happen it happened 1 time.

Now the way im reading it is that they have just accused me of 15 offences which never took place... I've raised it with the social work and chair who made the report and asked for them to alter it... They are refusing to... What legal avenues can i take in regards to this as this has caused me emotional distress and i feel like they should be punished for telling lies that are not accurate.

I look forward to your replies.

I would ask them where that information came from since you admit to one assault(has that been resolved by now via criminal court?)
