  • Improving the home buying and selling process: call for evidence

    https://www.gov.uk/government/consul...l-for-evidence

The government is committed to improving the existing home buying and selling process in order to make it cheaper, faster and less stressful.
We are seeking views and suggestions for improvement from anyone who has an interest in the process.
Responses to this call for evidence will help the government to formulate its future work programme of improvements.

Controll Fees from agents and solisitors, the rest is reasonably fair.

Honestly, a lot of the other issuse/complaints people have is more related to them not doing ther Due diligence before the purchase. Its probebly the most significant contract purchase that a person will do, yet people are swayed by nice coluors ect. and then come back and complain that the electrics/roof need re-doing afterwards.

But fees are a total rip off at the momernt
crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
