  • Smart Parking Flowers Way Luton

    Hi,
I recently received a Postal notice to keeper for (15/10/2017) after the driver parked in this car park at 0151 and exited at 0309. As it was obviously dark during these hours the driver never noticed any signage. Is not noticing signage (since checked and none of the signage is illuminated) enough for my initial appeal? Grateful for any help from anyone and can someone direct me to Mystery 1 for advice.

    Hi & welcome to LB.

It's not wise to ID the driver, even on internet fora.
Probably best to edit your post...."the driver parked..." etc.

    Do you live in England/Wales?
Is the vehicle on lease/HP or company vehicle?
    Was there a windscreen PCN?
Have you received a postal Notice to Keeper?
Do you have pictures of site signage?
    Just to confirm...was it Pay&Display?
    Any free period of parking?

In response to the questions above by Charitynjw :
      I do live in England.
The vehicle is on PCP finance
      There was no windscreen PCN
      I have received postal PCN
      It is pay and display.
      No free parking.
No pictures of signage but i can acquire these if needed.
thank you for your response and would be grateful for any further advice. I feel rather aggrieved that the signage is not obvious in the dark and there is not any lighting in the car park as a site visit has determined.
