  • hello and thank you for letting me join.

Aug.17 received a claim pack from county court business centre ,stating Hoist Portfolio etc were taking me to court.
I answered this online stating quite clearly that I owed the £246.52 to Robinson way and that at no time have I ever stated otherwise, however i disputed the added costs as Robinson Way had my bank details and were supposed to be collecting a D/D and that at no time did they ever state they were A) not taking a monthly payment B) taking me to court. I inform the CCBC that i had apaper trail to prove this. How ever as I am not working at the moment .. my mother was prepared to pay them £20 per month to pay of the debt . Numerous requests via email to CCBC and even more telephone calls (unanswered) all the way through September 17 and part of October asking what was happening .....NOTHING until an email from someone at CCBC stating it was stayed...... the very next day a judgement for claimant (acceptance) arrives through the post ....stating offer of payment has been accepted £10.00 per month, plus costs totalling £361.52 has to be paid to Howard Cohen etc..by 21 oct. Contacted HC as my mother wanted the bank details to make a payment ...... they say they are waiting for the courts to tell them about my offer that i already have a CCj and that I should pay the debt in full . What am i supposed to do ? can any one advise please thanks
