    Just phone the council today to try and sort something out and this lady informed me the overpayment had been recalled from the enforcement agency

        @Nemesis45 the council have recalled the debt from from the enforcement agency and have sent me a letter to contact them regarding the debt im booked in to see a solicitor on friday the council said its regarding a fraud investigation from 2007
