• Please can someone help me with if this is a reasonable offer

Hi,

Be gentle it's my first post.

Recently received the following offer from Lloyd on respect of 3 ppi claims I had with lloyds.

I have no idea if this offer is a reasonable one, I don't trust the banks to be honest so thought I'd see if one of you guys could help me.

Pics attached

Thanks in advance

Hi Welcome to LB

The calculations follow as far as I can see the standard process.

I'm sure others will have more knowledge than I.
EXC Amethyst any insights please.

Not really my area but I'll give Turboman and robin-hood a shout, though it may take a day or two for a response so bear with them.

Had a quick look--the 1st 2nd & 4th images relate to 3 loans
Image 3 collates the data from these 3 loans and info from a 4th loan-for which you have not posted the detaik

I can only verify your data if I can see
--the missing detail re the 4th loan
--the date of first payments on all the loans
--the actual Consumer Credit Agreements

Post on here or send to
ppi@legalbeagles.info
(where only myself and the site owner can view them)

Then I'll answer on your thread after examing the detail

However--I have seen these redress offers often--and NOW--imho opinion--the figures for redress are usually correct

Re: Please can someone help me with if this is a reasonable offer

Thnx for extra info sent to ppi@legalbeagles.info

I have studied the paperwork re their offer and it all tallies with the usual mechanics.

However--without
--the original Agreements to study
--and date of first payment,
--and total monthly amount
--& the settlement letters detailing the settlement figures and actual rebates given

I have to believe their basic statements.
Sooooooo--imho I believe everything will be in order

-----but if you want to be absolutely sure you need to give me the items above

OR

Ask them for a more detailed breakdown on
1--How they arrive at total PPI Paid
2--Breakdown of dates PPI paid and the 8% compensatory interest
3--How they have calculated the residual PPI c/f
4--How they have calculated the Settlement Amounts and associated rebates
